主要功能&特征

1.伺服马达锁钉，扭力和转速可按要求精准调节；

2.锁钉精准：机器共可锁3颗螺丝，锁螺丝前，可用跟模固定好鞋子，避免鞋子晃动、螺丝打不准； 

3.自动分钉：螺丝钉可自动分钉、下钉、锁钉；

4.节省人工：鞋子不用预先打孔，可直接锁跟，根据产量可节省1-2个工人；

5.节省材料：不易爆跟，大大减少了鞋跟的浪费；

6.节省耗材：人工锁跟钻头很容易损坏，机器带有保护钻头的功能；

7.锁跟更牢固：机器使用气缸力度将螺丝钉旋转锁入鞋跟，气缸的压力和扭力均可调整，也可根据鞋 跟的大小来调节打钉头的倾斜度，锁跟牢固度更高；

8.操作简单：可关闭任一螺丝，锁螺丝的顺序也可根据需要来设定；

9.降低操作者工作强度：机器操作简单，调整便捷，低噪音，极大地降低了工作强度； 

10.可选装置：可同时使用2种不同长度的螺丝钉。

1.Screw fixing by servo motors,while its torsion & speed can be sdjusted precisely according to the request. 

2.Precise Screw Fixing: The machine can lock 3 screws in total. Before locking the screws, the shoes can be fixed with the mold to avoid the shoes shaking and the screws being inaccurate; 

3.Automatic Screw Feeding/Dispatchng:With the screw loader,the screw can be automatically dispatched,feed and fixed in the heel;

4.Saving Labors:No need to punch holes on insole,can directly put screws in the heel,based on the output,can save1-2 workers; 

5.Saving Materials:With this machine,heel break is much less comparing to manual m/c,thus no waste of heels; 

6.Saving Consumption Material:The m/c is with screw driver protecying system,while with manual m/c,the screw driver is easily/frequently broken;

7.More Stable Heel Fixing:The m/c is turning the screw in the heel by one cylinder,while its pressure and torsion can both be adjusted.The head inlination can be adjusted based on different heel size too;thus the screw can be more stably fixed on the heel; 

8.Easy Operation:Can close any screw you want,and the screw sequence can also be set based on request; 

9.DecreasingtheOperator's Workload:Easy operation,convenient adjustment,low noise,greatly decreased the operator's workload;

10.Opltional:Use 2 different size screws simultaneously.
